This Quarter

Compatible Computers
This quarter was okay. I liked most of the projects that we did, and I learned some more things about computers, that I didn't know before. Out of all the projects we did this quarter, I think I liked the ABC's mixbook the most. I liked it, because I liked getting to decorate the book, and Mixbook has alot of different designs you can choose from, and I also liked taking the pictures, because it let us take a break from just doing work, and we got to walk around the school, and talk. One project I didn't like was the picture project where we had to take pictures around the school of different lines and designs, because I thought it was really confusing, and I thought some of the angles and things were kind of hard to find. I learned alot about movie maker and powerpoint this quarter. I didn't even know what Move Maker was until we started our lyric video. I liked the lyric video, because we got to choose our own songs, and pictures. I also learned how to site pictures and videos alot better this quarter. I feel a lot better about using computers now, because even though there are some things about computers that I don't understand, I think I know more than most people do.

Christmas Vacation

Winter Break Day Camps | Education Day Camps | Omaha Zoo
I can't wait for Christmas vacation to be here. I'm so tired of going to school, and having to get up early. I'm excited for Christmas break, because my birthday is on Christmas Eve, and then I get to have Christmas at my grandma and grandpa's house, my moms dads house, and then my aunts house. I get three days in a row of Christmas. I'm also really excited, because then I'll get to sleep in. Winter Break.. PLEASE HURRY! (:

Seven Doors

Alice in Wonderland - 1951 - Alice in Wonderland Image
I was walking around one day, when I happend to find seven identical doors right above me. They were each for a different place, and the voice I heard above me told me that I had to pick one of them to go into. I chose to go to Wonderland. Then, suddenly I found myself spinning in cirlcles, and everything went dark. Then, I hit the ground and landed into a garden of wildflowers. Everything was silent, then I heard a strange voice talking to me. It was this girl in a pretty blue dress with red hair, and she asked me what I was doing here. I told her the story about the seven doors, and having to choose one, and then I asked her if this was wonderland. She replied with, "Why, yes. It sure is." And then she started telling me a little bit about herself, and then she started giving me a tour of Wonderland. It was such a beautiful place. There were lollipops, candicanes, gumdrops, and tons of rainbows. It was very colorful. Wonderland is an amazing place.

Jourdan! (:

Best friends forever
I have known Jourdan forever. We used to be best friends, and do everything together, but then we kept getting into stupid fights and then we drifted apart. We're still friends now, and we're pretty close, but not nearly as close as we used to be, because we don't really hangout anymore. But I still consider her one of my best friends, because I know I can tell her anything, and she understands me. We know pretty much everything about eachother.. Like it's forreal crazy. We have so many memories. I probably couldn't even remember half of them, because we were best friends for about three years, and we used to hangout alot. We used to go to McDonald's, Walmart, K-Mart, the movies, the bowling alley, football games, and alot more. Last summer we spent most of it at eachother's houses. We have alot of inside jokes, and every time we hangout we always talk about all the fun times we have had and how many memories we have, and we're always laughing non-stop.

Guns

Terminator 2: Judgment Day
After watching the video, I don't think it would be right to take away guns from everyone, just because of things that some people do. I think you should be able to have a gun if you can use it responsibly. Alot of people use guns for hunting purposes. It wouldn't be fair to take guns away from them, because if hunting is one of their hobbies and it means alot to them, and they're using the guns the way they should be used then you shouldn't take the guns away from them too. I think you should only take the guns away from people that can't handle them, instead of taking them from everyone else. And even if they do take away guns, it's not going to stop people from getting them, and it's not going to decrease deaths, because then people will just kill people another way. I also don't think they should take them away, because it's in our Declaration of Independence.
