The creator has not said how powerful they are yet but he said a few thousand could power a family's house. He says they will sell in packs of 100 so if there was ever an emergency and you needed to make a call or text when your phone was dead you could just hook them up to it and you would be able to make that call or text. I think this is a very good invention and it could save money and people in emergencies.
